Our Testing Process

Our Rating System
Our 1-10 rating scale reflects overall value. A 10 doesn't mean perfect — it means the product is the best in its class for its price point. We weigh performance (40%), value (25%), build quality (20%), and user experience (15%) to arrive at our final score.
Disclosure and Ethics

Updates and Corrections
Products change. Prices change. Our reviews are living documents that we update when significant changes occur. If a product improves through firmware updates, we'll update our review. If a company's customer service declines, we'll note it.
